Welcome to this week’s worship service!

In today’s message, we continue in John 6 where Jesus makes a bold and radical claim: “I am the bread that came down from heaven.” His words stirred up grumbling among the people who thought they knew Him as simply “the son of Joseph,” but Jesus reveals something far greater — He is the living bread sent by the Father to give life to the world.

📖 In John 6:41–51, we discover:

  • Why belief in Jesus is not possible apart from the Father’s drawing

  • How God, through the Spirit, opens hearts to receive the gospel

  • That Jesus Himself is the true bread, unlike the manna in the wilderness, giving eternal life to all who believe

  • The bread He offers is His flesh, given for the life of the world

This passage reminds us that salvation is entirely a work of God’s grace — not by our efforts, but by His mercy — and that eternal life is found only in Christ, the Bread of Life.
