We began today’s gathering by sharing in Communion, remembering the body and blood of Jesus given for us. As we came to the table together, we reflected on Christ’s sacrifice, grace, and the new life we have because of Him.

We began the new year with a powerful and timely message from our guest speaker, rooted in Leviticus 14:33–42. In this passage, God gives instructions for inspecting houses affected by mold — and we were invited to see this not just as an ancient law, but as a spiritual picture for our own lives.

In today’s message from John 9:13–23, we see what happens after the miracle — when a life changed by Jesus is brought under scrutiny. The man who was once blind is now seeing, but instead of celebration, he faces interrogation. The religious leaders are more concerned with rules than redemption, and the Light exposes the limits of their legalism.
