Welcome to this week’s worship service at The Vine! 🌿

In today’s message from John 9:13–23, we see what happens after the miracle — when a life changed by Jesus is brought under scrutiny. The man who was once blind is now seeing, but instead of celebration, he faces interrogation. The religious leaders are more concerned with rules than redemption, and the Light exposes the limits of their legalism.

This passage shows how transformed lives are hard to refute, even when people refuse to accept the truth. The Pharisees are divided, the evidence is undeniable, and yet fear begins to silence those who know the truth — even the man’s own parents.

Through this story, we’re reminded that:

  • Legalism struggles when confronted with the life-giving work of Jesus

  • Personal transformation is a powerful witness

  • Fear doesn’t erase truth — it only suppresses it

  • Following Jesus may bring pressure, but truth still shines

This message challenges us to consider how we respond when faith becomes costly and whether we allow fear or faith to shape our witness.
