John 10:22-30 — In Good Hands

In today’s message from John 10:22–30, Jesus is confronted during the Festival of Dedication and asked to declare plainly whether He is the Messiah. His response reveals not a lack of evidence, but a deeper issue — unbelief is not a knowledge problem, it’s a heart problem.
As Jesus speaks, He makes some of the most comforting promises in all of Scripture for those who truly belong to Him.

Unbelief flows from the heart, not from a lack of information
True sheep are known by relationship, not just recognition — they listen, are known, and follow Jesus
Eternal life is a gift, not something we earn or gamble to keep
Our security rests fully in the power of God, not our own faithfulness
Jesus declares that His sheep are held securely in His hand — and in the Father’s hand — and that no one can snatch them away. This assurance is grounded in who God is, not in how well we perform.
